The ecoplus business park in Wiener Neudorf covers an area of just under 3 km² and is the size of a small town: almost 400 companies with around 12,000 employees are located here. And right in the middle of it all is the office of the Lower Austrian business location agency ecoplus, located in a former air raid shelter.

A sculptural extension is being built for the office expansion and the new ecoforum - a conference and event forum. The existing office space is being refurbished and extended by 12 meters. A wind-protected terrace, attractive offices, diverse meeting and communication areas, natural spaces and modern building technology create an inspiring working atmosphere.

The lower floors contain event and communal areas with spacious terraces. The areas within the 2 m thick bunker walls are also used. The parking lot is built over to save space, so that sufficient green areas and the greening of the windowless walls improve the microclimate. PV modules on the roofs and facades as well as a small wind turbine on the roof ensure local energy generation.
