A new district for more than 7,000 people is being built on an area of more than 300,000m². Here, we realized a total of 135 apartments with diverse communal areas for Neues Leben Gemeinnützige Bau-, Wohnungs- und Siedlungsreg.Gen.mbH. The design picks up on the essence of the overall urban development project and divides the site into 6 small-scale buildings of different heights with a variety of floor plans and façades (2 of which were designed by our partner office NIL Architektur). Very narrow passageways, a sunken square, diverse use of the roof terraces and surprising views transfer the qualities of urban planning to the building level.
