Feldkirchen Brunnenfeld
Forward-looking village expansion with high ecological and social standards

The Feldkirchen Brunnenfeld village extension is the result of many years of intensive village development, in which the municipality of Feldkirchen and its residents have worked with great passion and commitment. The village extension is clearly structured and makes it possible to reach the center in less than 10 minutes on foot. At the same time, a “green network” ensures a high level of biodiversity and a high quality of living.

The village spaces and the building structure reflect the desire to create a forward-looking village character. In this way, we want to promote social coexistence, create a variety of housing options and forms of ownership and implement climate protection and resilience.

The building volumes are surprisingly small and varied. The façades are very sculpturally designed to offer exciting outdoor spaces and to align the multi-storey residential buildings with the scale of the surrounding detached houses. Covered bicycle parking facilities will be built a short distance away to keep bicycles safe and dry.

Social sustainability: We want all residents to be able to meet each other on a daily basis, enjoy activities together and spend time in a pleasant atmosphere. Ecology: We have planned a green network, use groundwater and make the residential area car-free. In this way, we are protecting the environment.
